APG stocks the V75MD475, an AS568-475 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 25.94 in (658.88 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 26.49 in (672.85 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The compound resists chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters will shorten service life.
