-908 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

The V75MD908 is an AS568-908 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.644 in (16.36 mm), a cross section of 0.087 in (2.21 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.818 in (20.78 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The material holds up against many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

This item meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, chemical processing, and aerospace.
