-033 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70MD033 is an AS568-033 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.989 in (50.52 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.129 in (54.08 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

This material stands up to ozone and UV exposure, many oxidizing chemicals, and dry heat. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone is specified for very good compression set resistance across its range, physiological inertness and low toxicity. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service.

The compound is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in sanitary process lines, medical devices, and food and beverage processing.
