-041 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70MD041 is an AS568-041 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.989 in (75.92 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.129 in (79.48 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists many oxidizing chemicals, weathering, and extreme heat and cold. Silicone is specified for excellent electrical insulating properties, physiological inertness and low toxicity. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Verify compatibility before use with steam above its rated range or hydrocarbon fuels and oils.
