-104 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70MD104 is an AS568-104 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.112 in (2.84 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.318 in (8.08 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against dry heat, many oxidizing chemicals, and extreme heat and cold. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone is known for physiological inertness and low toxicity, flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
