-106 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

Ordered as S70MD106, this is an AS568-106 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.174 in (4.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.38 in (9.65 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Silicone is valued for physiological inertness and low toxicity, very good compression set resistance across its range. Expect good resistance to ozone and UV exposure, weathering, and extreme heat and cold. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
