S70MD130 is an AS568-130 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.612 in (40.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.818 in (46.18 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists weathering, many oxidizing chemicals, and dry heat. Silicone offers excellent electrical insulating properties, physiological inertness and low toxicity. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where hydrocarbon fuels and oils or steam above its rated range are present.

This item is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in sanitary process lines, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and electronics and electrical enclosures.
