Part number S70MD174 is an AS568-174 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 8.737 in (221.92 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.943 in (227.15 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Expect good resistance to weathering, dry heat, and ozone and UV exposure. Silicone delivers excellent electrical insulating properties, physiological inertness and low toxicity.
