Ordered as S70MD281, this is an AS568-281 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 14.984 in (380.59 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 15.262 in (387.65 mm). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to ozone and UV exposure, weathering, and extreme heat and cold. Silicone is valued for an exceptionally wide service temperature range and very good compression set resistance across its range. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in abrasive dynamic service or hydrocarbon fuels and oils.
