APG stocks the S70MD313, an AS568-313 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.662 in (16.81 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.082 in (27.48 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

This material stands up to weathering, many oxidizing chemicals, and ozone and UV exposure. Silicone offers excellent electrical insulating properties and an exceptionally wide service temperature range. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Verify compatibility before use with concentrated acids or abrasive dynamic service.
