-351 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-351 red Silicone 70 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 4.725 in (120.02 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.145 in (130.68 mm), catalogued under part number S70MD351. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Silicone is valued for flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and an exceptionally wide service temperature range. This material stands up to dry heat, many oxidizing chemicals, and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in abrasive dynamic service or hydrocarbon fuels and oils.
