-358 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

APG stocks the S70MD358, an AS568-358 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.6 in (142.24 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.02 in (152.91 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists weathering, ozone and UV exposure, and many oxidizing chemicals. Silicone offers very good compression set resistance across its range and an exceptionally wide service temperature range. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where steam above its rated range or abrasive dynamic service are present.
