-370 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70MD370 is an AS568-370 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 8.225 in (208.92 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.645 in (219.58 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists many oxidizing chemicals, extreme heat and cold, and ozone and UV exposure. Silicone is known for physiological inertness and low toxicity, very good compression set resistance across its range. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).

This o-ring is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across sanitary process lines, food and beverage processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
