Product Specification

-
APG stocks the S70MD392, an AS568-392 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 22.94 in (582.68 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 23.36 in (593.34 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Silicone is specified here for very good compression set resistance across its range and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. The compound resists weathering, many oxidizing chemicals, and extreme heat and cold. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Verify compatibility before use with concentrated acids or steam above its rated range.

This item is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across pharmaceutical manufacturing, food and beverage processing, and medical devices.

Order part number S70MD392, sold individually. As always, verify media compatibility and operating conditions against the requirements of your specific application.
