-395 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70MD395 is an AS568-395 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 25.94 in (658.88 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 26.36 in (669.54 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Silicone is specified here for excellent electrical insulating properties and exceptionally wide service temperature range. It resists ozone and UV exposure, weathering, and extreme heat and cold. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where concentrated acids or steam above its rated range are present.

This o-ring is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include sanitary process lines, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and medical devices.
