-413 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70MD413 is an AS568-413 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.975 in (75.57 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.525 in (89.54 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Silicone offers flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and excellent electrical insulating properties. The material holds up against many oxidizing chemicals, dry heat, and extreme heat and cold. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to steam above its rated range or hydrocarbon fuels and oils will shorten service life.

This item is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in medical devices, food and beverage processing, and sanitary process lines.
