-419 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

APG stocks the S70MD419, an AS568-419 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.725 in (94.62 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.275 in (108.59 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to weathering, many oxidizing chemicals, and extreme heat and cold. Silicone is specified for an exceptionally wide service temperature range and very good compression set resistance across its range. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in hydrocarbon fuels and oils or steam above its rated range.
