Ordered as S70MD432, this is an AS568-432 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.35 in (135.89 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.9 in (149.86 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to weathering, ozone and UV exposure, and dry heat. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone is specified for very good compression set resistance across its range and an exceptionally wide service temperature range.
