-435 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-435 red Silicone 70 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 5.725 in (145.42 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.275 in (159.39 mm), catalogued under part number S70MD435. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Silicone is specified for excellent electrical insulating properties and an exceptionally wide service temperature range. It resists ozone and UV exposure, extreme heat and cold, and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to steam above its rated range or abrasive dynamic service will shorten service life.
