-466 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70MD466 is an AS568-466 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 18.455 in (468.76 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 19.005 in (482.73 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Silicone is valued for an exceptionally wide service temperature range and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. It resists ozone and UV exposure, weathering, and extreme heat and cold. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Applications involving concentrated acids or abrasive dynamic service call for a different compound.
