-212 BLACK BUNA 50D O-RING

The H50212 is an AS568-212 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.859 in (21.82 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.137 in (28.88 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and low compression set under sustained load. The material holds up against many alcohols, propane and butane, and hydraulic fluids. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to strong acids or automotive brake fluid will shorten service life.
