Part number H50331 is an AS568-331 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.225 in (56.52 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.645 in (67.18 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for strong abrasion and tear resistance, low compression set under sustained load. Expect good resistance to petroleum-based oils, greases and lubricants, and propane and butane. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in strong acids or automotive brake fluid.
