Part number H70FDA019 is an AS568-019 white Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.801 in (20.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.941 in (23.9 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for strong abrasion and tear resistance, low compression set under sustained load. The compound resists water, propane and butane, and many alcohols. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving ketones or strong acids call for a different compound.
