H70MD126 is an AS568-126 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.362 in (34.59 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.568 in (39.83 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for strong abrasion and tear resistance, an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. It resists petroleum-based oils, propane and butane, and greases and lubricants. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in ozone and direct sunlight or automotive brake fluid.

The compound is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include construction equipment, general industrial maintenance, and agricultural equipment.
