-219 BLACK BUNA 70D O-RING

The H70MD219 is an AS568-219 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.296 in (32.92 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.574 in (39.98 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for strong abrasion and tear resistance, an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. Expect good resistance to many alcohols, greases and lubricants, and hydraulic fluids. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving automotive brake fluid or polar solvents call for a different compound.

The compound is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include automotive, general industrial maintenance, and agricultural equipment.
