Ordered as H70MD014, this is an AS568-014 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.489 in (12.42 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.629 in (15.98 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists petroleum-based oils, propane and butane, and greases and lubricants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) offers strong abrasion and tear resistance, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to automotive brake fluid or ozone and direct sunlight will shorten service life.
