H70MD112 is an AS568-112 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.487 in (12.37 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.693 in (17.6 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Buna-N (Nitrile) offers low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. The material holds up against propane and butane, greases and lubricants, and petroleum-based oils. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
