Part number H70MD119 is an AS568-119 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.924 in (23.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.13 in (28.7 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, low compression set under sustained load. The material holds up against hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and many alcohols. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in strong acids or ozone and direct sunlight.
