Part number H70MD130 is an AS568-130 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.612 in (40.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.818 in (46.18 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load and most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. The compound resists many alcohols, greases and lubricants, and water. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving ketones or polar solvents call for a different compound.
