H70167 is an AS568-167 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6.987 in (177.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.193 in (182.7 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. This material stands up to propane and butane, water, and petroleum-based oils. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in automotive brake fluid or ozone and direct sunlight.
