H70458 is an AS568-458 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 14.475 in (367.67 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 15.025 in (381.64 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and low compression set under sustained load. The material holds up against water, propane and butane, and greases and lubricants. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Verify compatibility before use with strong acids or automotive brake fluid.
