SH70007 is an AS568-007 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.145 in (3.68 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.285 in (7.24 mm). In service, this quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

It resists many alcohols, petroleum-based oils, and water. Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service.
