H70008 is an AS568-008 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.176 in (4.47 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.316 in (8.03 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The compound resists hydraulic fluids, many alcohols, and petroleum-based oils. Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and low compression set under sustained load.
