SH70111 is an AS568-111 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.424 in (10.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.63 in (16 mm). In service, this quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs and low compression set under sustained load. The compound resists greases and lubricants, petroleum-based oils, and many alcohols. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where strong acids or polar solvents are present.
