Ordered as H3X112, this is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 112 mm (4.409 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 118 mm (4.65 in). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs, strong abrasion and tear resistance. This material stands up to petroleum-based oils, propane and butane, and greases and lubricants. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where strong acids or polar solvents are present.
