The H1X12 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 12 mm (0.472 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 14 mm (0.55 in). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

This material stands up to propane and butane, petroleum-based oils, and water. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in polar solvents or ketones.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across construction equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and fluid power.
