2.5MM CS X 12MM ID BLACK BUNA 70D

H2.5X12 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 12 mm (0.472 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 17 mm (0.67 in). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against many alcohols, greases and lubricants, and hydraulic fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and low compression set under sustained load. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in strong acids or ketones.
