Part number H3.5X12 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 12 mm (0.472 in), a cross section of 3.5 mm (0.138 in), and an outside diameter of 19 mm (0.75 in). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The compound resists greases and lubricants, propane and butane, and hydraulic fluids. Buna-N (Nitrile) offers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C).
