H3X124.5 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 124.5 mm (4.902 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 130.5 mm (5.14 in). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to many alcohols, greases and lubricants, and petroleum-based oils. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. Exposure to ozone and direct sunlight or polar solvents will shorten service life.
