H70131 is an AS568-131 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.674 in (42.52 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.88 in (47.75 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) offers low compression set under sustained load and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. This material stands up to water, petroleum-based oils, and greases and lubricants. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C).
