568-131 BUNA 70 SQUARE CUT RINGS

The SH70131 is an AS568-131 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.674 in (42.52 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.88 in (47.75 mm). This quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

This material stands up to propane and butane, greases and lubricants, and hydraulic fluids. Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to ozone and direct sunlight or ketones will shorten service life.
