The H1X15.5 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 15.5 mm (0.61 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 17.5 mm (0.69 in). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, low compression set under sustained load. It resists many alcohols, hydraulic fluids, and propane and butane. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C).
