568-160 BUNA 70 SQUARE CUT RINGS

The SH70160 is an AS568-160 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.237 in (133.02 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.443 in (138.25 mm). This quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong abrasion and tear resistance, an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. The material holds up against propane and butane, hydraulic fluids, and petroleum-based oils. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where polar solvents or ketones are present.
