The H7X161.9 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 161.9 mm (6.374 in), a cross section of 7 mm (0.276 in), and an outside diameter of 175.9 mm (6.93 in). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for strong abrasion and tear resistance, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. It resists propane and butane, water, and greases and lubricants. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in ozone and direct sunlight or ketones.
