Part number H70224 is an AS568-224 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.734 in (44.04 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.012 in (51.1 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load and most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Expect good resistance to propane and butane, greases and lubricants, and many alcohols. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C).
