H70262 is an AS568-262 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6.984 in (177.39 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.262 in (184.45 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. The material holds up against greases and lubricants, many alcohols, and water. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in polar solvents or automotive brake fluid.
