-265 BLACK BUNA 70D O-RING

The H70265 is an AS568-265 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.734 in (196.44 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.012 in (203.5 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) offers low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. The material holds up against petroleum-based oils, propane and butane, and hydraulic fluids. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to automotive brake fluid or strong acids will shorten service life.
