The H3.5X273 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 273 mm (10.748 in), a cross section of 3.5 mm (0.138 in), and an outside diameter of 280 mm (11.02 in). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Expect good resistance to greases and lubricants, petroleum-based oils, and water. Buna-N (Nitrile) offers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and low compression set under sustained load. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in automotive brake fluid or strong acids.
