Ordered as H70280, this is an AS568-280 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 13.984 in (355.19 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 14.262 in (362.25 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. The material holds up against hydraulic fluids, greases and lubricants, and propane and butane. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where automotive brake fluid or strong acids are present.
