The SH70280 is an AS568-280 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 13.984 in (355.19 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 14.262 in (362.25 mm). This quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

The material holds up against water, many alcohols, and propane and butane. Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong abrasion and tear resistance, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or polar solvents are present.
